Petley Jones Gallery offers professional appraisal services for insurance purposes as well as verbal appraisals for those seeking a rough estimate of a painting's worth. We can appraise your art in our gallery or on location for larger or more delicate works. Rough estimates can be given over the phone, but it is best to bring the piece into the gallery for a more definitive quote. To arrange for an appraisal, please call or email us with the following information ready:
· artist's name
· estimate of painting's age
· medium (oil on canvas, watercolour, etc.)
· painting's dimensions in inches
